While one Big Brother 17 house is clearly manipulating people more than all others, another houseguest is catching on to her.

Will Clay Be Evicted From the 'Big Brother 17' House Instead Of Shelli?

Head of Household: James Huling

Nominees: Clay Honeycutt and Shelli Poole

Other houseguests: Austin Matelson, Becky Burgess, Jackie Ibarra, John McGuire, Julia Nolan, Liz Nolan, Meg Maley, Steve Moses and Vanessa Rousso

Power Finally Shifts in the 'Big Brother 17' House

James is hoping that the house evicts Shelli on Thursday, considering she is the bigger threat both competition-wise and strategy-wise between her and Clay. But Vanessa is closer to Shelli, so she has orchestrated a plan to flip the vote and evict Clay instead.

Tuesday on the live feeds was quieter, though Vanessa's scheming was picked up on by one houseguest - Jackie. Jackie voiced her concern to James, saying that Vanessa is not interested in voting out Shelli because they're still aligned.

It seems that if Jackie were to win HOH on Thursday, she would probably target Vanessa either directly or through a backdoor scenario.

Meanwhile, Becky and John had an interesting discussion on Tuesday regarding which side of the house they trust more. Becky said that she's come to the realization that she needs to work with Jackie, James and Meg. John agreed with her that Clay and Shelli have asked them to do so much without anything significant in return.

As it stands now, Jackie and Meg are voting to evict Shelli, while Vanessa and Steve are voting to evict Clay. Everyone else is undecided. Austin, Julia and Liz have gone back and forth trying to decide what to do, though they are leaning more towards Vanessa's side. If Austin and the twins side with Vanessa and Steve then it doesn't matter what Becky and John do, since five votes is a majority.

Essentially, Austin and the twins are making the decision on who to send home. It should be interesting to see how it all plays out.

Big Brother 17 continues with a new episode on Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS. The new episode will feature the Power of Veto competition and the Veto competition.
