'Days of Our Lives' Spoilers: Abigail Finally Learns Who Fathered Her Baby [VIDEO]
She has been secretly agonizing over her situation for two weeks, but now, Abigail (Kate Mansi) is finally ready to take a paternity test and determine whether Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) or Chad (Billy Flynn) fathered her baby on Days of Our Lives.
Ben Makes A Life-Changing Decision About His Future With Abigail
Neither man knows yet that she is pregnant, but both have presented her with reasons to feel conflicted about her feelings in recent weeks. Not only has Chad finally come clean about how he really feels about her, admitting that he lied when he said he was using her, but Ben took things one step further and proposed to her.
Now, as she awaits the results of the paternity test, she may be forced to consider how her life will change once she has her answer. Even though she will know the truth from the results, the decision of who to be with will be up to her. She can either tell the truth to whichever man is the father and be with him, or lie and tell the other man he is the father and choose to be with him instead.
Chad Confesses His True Feelings To Abigail
What she doesn't know however, is that she may still receive the wrong results, because Ben's father, Clyde (James Read) has figured out her secret, and, thanks to the bug he planted at the DiMera Mansion, also knows that Abigail is set to inherit a large amount of land that can make her very wealthy in Ireland. To ensure that he and his son win out over Chad and Stefano (Joseph Mascolo), Clyde has threatened the lab tech to fudge the results in favor of Ben-meaning if Chad is the father, even Abigail won't know the truth of the situation.
