Get The Scoop On Jon Cryer's 'NCIS' Character!

Off the bat, a lot of drama will ensue as the premiere episode picks up right where the finale from last season ended.

On Monday TV Guide revealed that showrunner Gary Glasberg dished on what will happen to Gibbs (Mark Harmon) in regard to his relationships with his NCIS team, especially Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly).

'NCIS' Season 13 Premiere Episode Officially Titled 'Stop the Bleeding'

In the 12th season finale, Gibbs suffered from gunshots and in the opener of season 13 a Navy doctor will work tirelessly to save his life. Gibbs will survive based on what Glasberg divulged moving forward, but Gibbs will not be the same since traumatic events do tend to change people.

"Gibbs is in a difficult place, a physically difficult place.... We're still functioning as a team, but there's absolutely some conflict," Glasberg shared, adding, "There's issues that have to get worked out between team members, very specifically between Tony and Gibbs.... It's tricky, and they're sensitive to what he's going through, and they're trying to be there for him as coworker and as friend and as family member. They're being ultra-supportive of him."

Glasberg promises they will get through this though.

The shift in relationships aside, DiNozzo will still be as stylish as ever on the series. Last Thursday, Weatherly snapped a selfie from inside the NCIS elevator, rocking some trendy sunglasses. DiNozzo has always been a dapper dresser.

Plus, it looks like Eleanor "Ellie" Bishop (Emily Wickersham) will be undercover since she rocked some camo on set recently.

On Tuesday she also revealed a selfie from on set, in which she dished the crime scene they were shooting is in a ravine.

A lot of juicy stuff is coming up for NCIS, which returns to CBS in the fall on Sept. 22 at 8 p.m. ET.
