Is 'Big Brother 17' Shaping Up To Be Better Than Season 15 & 16?
The After Dark Crew, which has now dwindled down to James and Meg, lost Jackie in the Double Eviction. This is after they made the move to send Shelli out the door instead of Vanessa. But now Vanessa is more powerful than ever because she has Austin, Liz and Julia, in addition to Steve.
James and Meg spent most of the night on Thursday grieving and trying to figure out what happened. Becky joined them and the three agreed that they needed to stick together or else they would be picked off. They roped John into a deal and trying to work on Steve, though he is still floating between both alliances.
The HOH competition was held and Liz would up winning the coveted title. Her alliance wants to nominate Becky and John with the intention of sending Becky out, with James as a backdoor option if Becky wins Veto.
Meanwhile, Vanessa tried to make more deals. She roped in James and Meg to make a six-person alliance, which they agreed to, and she also tried to get John to agree to an alliance.
Becky got Liz and Austin alone and explained the previous plan to backdoor Austin. Liz and Austin talked and agreed that keeping Becky in the house would allow her to go after Vanessa instead of them having to do it. It seems they are tentatively aligned with Vanessa for now but would not mind if someone else nominated her with the intention of evicting her.
Liz and Austin said that a better plan might be to target John instead. But John is very good at competitions so who knows if that plan will work out. And anything can change in the Big Brother house.
Big Brother 17 returns for another episode Sunday at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS. The episode will feature the Head of Household competition and the Nomination ceremony.
