'NCIS: LA' Season 7 Spoilers: 150th Episode Title Revealed, When Will It Air?
The OSP team leader will go "completely rouge" in the season 7 premiere, and his unsanctioned actions will jeopardize his relationships with Hetty (Linda Hunt) and Sam (LL Cool J). As the team struggles to bring Callen (Chris O'Donnell) in from the field, they will be authorized to capture him "at any cost," Daniela Ruah (Kensi) told TV Line.
"If we don't do it, they'll send in another team who obviously won't have an emotional connection to him, and we don't want that." Ruah says, indicating that Callen could soon find his life on the line.

Callen's two greatest allied, Hetty and Sam, will find the agent's lone wolf actions to be extremely trying. The nature of Callen's mission is unknown, but his obstinacy will certainly add an extra layer of stress to the situation.
"It will be as bad as it's ever been for him and Hetty, and certainly as bad as it's ever been for him and Sam," series creator Shane Brennan said, according to TV Line. "For Hetty, who took this young man under her wing... it's very painful."
