The Grounder leader shattered her burgeoning relationship with Clarke (Eliza Taylor) at the doors to Mount Weather, but the Heda will seek to make amends as season 3 wears on.
"Lexa will make it happen one way or the other," Alycia Debnam-Carey informed Entertainment Weekly. "It might not be an easy reconciliation, but it'll happen. If Lexa wants something, it'll happen."

Unfortunately, pursuing the Clexa 'ship may not be in either characters' best interest. Neither woman is a stranger to heart break - particularly when it is accompanied by one partner's brutal demise - and Clarke may not be the only one who is wary of putting her heart out there once more.
"She's opening up a wound again," Debnam-Carey explained, referencing the death of Costia at the hands of the Ice Nation. "What happened last time when she was emotionally available, her lover was killed. It's a very dangerous position to be in, but at the end of the day, she's only human and she'll have that human emotion."
