Falling Skies is ready to up the body count.
It's time to take down the Espheni once and for all, and viewers should prepare for one of their favorite characters to shuffle off their mortal coil in the season finale.
"It is the final battle a surely somebody's not going to make it. Who will it be?" actor Drew Roy (Hal) teased, according to HitFix. "We'll have to find out."

Roy was stingy with the details, but Spoiler TV has revealed the major death - which will be the first of many - will come as the 2nd Mass battles a swarm of hornets in opening moments of "Reborn."
"While it's a great battle for audiences to watch, it's no so fun for those involved in the battle," the site reported in an advanced preview. "The 2nd Massachusetts loses a vital member of their operation in the midst of the fight."
We all know it won't be Tom Mason (Noah Wyle) who takes the fall - he still has to lead the Mason Militias into Washington DC - but that doesn't knock Ben (Connor Jessup), Matt (Maxim Knight), and Hal out of contention. Weaver (Will Patton) is also a target, along with Anne (Moon Bloodgood), Chochise (Doug Jones), and the 2nd Mass' resident scientist, Dingaan (Treva Etienne).
