'NCIS: LA' Season 7: Michael Weatherly Dishes On Crossover, 'Hilarious' Story Teased [VIDEO]
It's Tony. It's Deeks. It's the NCIS/NCIS: Los Angeles crossover we've all been waiting for.

And it's going to be "hilarious."
DC's very Special Agent Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) will hop a flight to the City of Angels this fall, and the wisecracker will find himself in need of an assist from the OSP team.
"There's a hilarious conceit for my presence which is that this guy who is a witness to some scurrilous wrongdoing is being brought back from Singapore," Weatherly told Entertainment Weekly. "He disappears and we have to find him in L.A. He keeps disappearing."
Slippery fellow, this witness. For fans, however, DiNozzo's misfortune will create a dream episode six seasons in the making - Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) and Tony bantering their way through a case.
"He's such a gifted actor, so good with comedy and drama," Olsen told TV Line. "I am his spirit animal. He is my spirit animal. One of us is one of us' spirit animal."
Although Weatherly teamed up with the LA cast to film last spring, CBS has yet to release the episode title. Luckily you don't have too much longer to wait - the highly anticipated crossover ep will hit screens this October.
