She's steadily climbed the ranks at Palos Hills high school the past couple of years, but now, Jenna Hamilton (Ashley Rickards) may be poised to become the school's reigning cool girl on Awkward.

'Awkward' Cast Shares Photos From Final Days Of Filming

In a sneak peek clip for the Monday, September 7 episode, after Jenna pours water on a circuit breaker at the school during the clean-up from the senior prank, she accidentally causes a short-circuit and blackout-which forces the administration to cancel the rest of the day. Now, thanks to Jenna, all of the seniors will get to have one of the remaining 47 days of their high school journeys off-and they will all become grateful to her for it as a result.

"I have terrible news, "Val (Desi Lydic) says in the clip. "Yes, worse than sweating out your body weight in sweltering hallways while inhaling the bodily fumes of your classmates. Thanks to a certain unnamed recalcitrant whose name may or may not rhyme with Henna Mamilton, school has been canceled for the duration of the day."

Is 'Awkward' No Longer Ending After Fifth Season?

The announcement is greeted with cheers, which quickly then turn to chants of Jenna's name-which initially confuses her until Tamara (Jillian Rose Reed) clues her in.

"Tamara, what is happening?" she asks.

"They think you planned this to get us all out of school, you're like their new leader. Just go with it," Tamara explains.

Naturally, after considering how quickly she was labeled as an outcast after her infamous sophomore year accident that was rumored to be an attempted suicide, Jenna will then decide to take advantage of the newest misconception about her-to announce a blackout party at the beach.

"If I had learned anything in high school, it was that labels happened in the blink of an eye and take forever to disappear," she says to herself in the clip. "But this time, I was Jenna Hamilton, school breaker. So why not embrace it?"
