Devon (Bryton James) seems to be a huge emotional mess especially since everyone seems to be against him since Hilary (Mishael Morgan) disappeared.

Devon knows he is innocent, yet all the people that should believe him are skeptical or actually don't believe him at all and it seems to be taking its toll.

In the episode of The Young and the Restless airing today, Sept. 9, Devon and Lily (Christel Khalil) will have quite the verbal dispute as he calls her out on not believing him.

"I don't know how I'm supposed to convince a jury of my innocence when my sister and my own damn lawyer think that I'm a murderer!" Devon shouts at Lily in the clip below.

According to Soaps, the plot will thicken in regard to Hilary's disappearance since Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Michael (Christian LeBlanc) will end up jailed on the Island.

That won't be the only family drama happening on the soap though. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will tell Victoria (Amelia Heinle) how Victor (Eric Braeden) used her own son to keep her and Gabriel/Adam (Justin Hartley) in Genoa City.

"Your father used my son to blackmail Gabe and me into staying in town," Chelsea shares with Victoria in the clip below.

Plus, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) is intent on finding out who is behind the Paragon Project. In the clip below she declares to Jack (Peter Bergman), "If the Paragon Project exists, I have an idea who is behind it."

The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
