'General Hospital' Spoilers: Sonny's Situation Takes A Scary Turn [VIDEO]
His family has been waiting for any news they could get about Sonny's (Maurice Benard) condition, and now, they will be preparing themselves for the chance they have to say goodbye if the surgery to remove a bullet from near his spine goes horribly wrong on General Hospital.
Morgan Issues A Threat To Julian
Sonny was shot on his wedding day to Carly (Laura Wright) by an unknown person, who is the same one trying to take down his empire. Though no one can officially confirm he is responsible, the prime suspect is Julian Jerome (William DeVry), and as such, he is becoming the main target for Sonny's volatile son Morgan (Bryn Craig), who wants revenge as his mother clings to life.
"Julian Jerome is a dead man," he whispers to Sonny in a preview clip for the Monday, September 14 episode.
Julian Is Forced To Defend Himself About Sonny's Shooting
While he continues lashing out as he waits for news about his father, the rest of his family is more fearful of what the surgery could mean-especially if he dies during the process.
"It's going to require surgery and he might not make it," Patrick (Jason Thompson) warns Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) in the clip.
And as they wait for news, Carly will become inconsolable-causing Michael to step up and try to soothe his mother's worries and concerns.
"I'm not going anywhere," he says to her in the clip. "And neither is dad."
General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
