'General Hospital' Spoilers: Jake Gets Even Closer To Learning The Truth About His Identity [VIDEO]
Saving Sonny (Maurice Benard) after he was shot has been a potential memory trigger for Jake (Billy Miller) and is getting him one step closer to remembering his life as Jason Morgan, but Elizabeth's (Rebecca Herbst) continued guilt at keeping the truth a secret from him could beat him to the realization for himself on General Hospital.
Sonny's Situation Takes A Scary Turn
Elizabeth has finally gotten when she wanted by becoming Jason's fiance, but at the expense of not letting him-or anyone else who should know the truth-know who he really is. And after learning about Sonny's shooting and Jake's role in the situation, she will feel compelled to try and explain what she's been doing.
"It can't be that bad," Jason/Jake says to her in a preview clip for the Tuesday, September 15 episode.
Are Jax & Brenda Heading Back To Port Charles?
"It is," Elizabeth replies.
However, she will likely stop short of telling him the truth after all-but Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Ric (Rick Lansing) may begin putting the pieces together on their own after Sam finds him in her apartment.
"What the hell are you doing here?" she asks in the clip.
Though she won't be pleased to see Ric there, she may confess what she knows about the scene of Sonny's shooting-and when she tells Ric about Jake swifltly managing to disarm and kill three men in the effort to save Sonny and TJ (Tequan Richmond), she and Ric will both reminisce about how Jason would have done the same thing, potentially getting closer to the truth for themselves as well.
General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
