He knows his best friend made a huge mistake and slept with his wife's cousin, but after finally confronting Valerie (Brytni Sarpi) about the situation, Nathan (Ryan Paevy) learned a bombshell secret that he needs to warn Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) about on General Hospital.

Nathan learned after talking to Valerie that the night she and Dante slept together when he was under the misconception that Lulu (Emmee Rylan) was cheating on him with Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins) meant way more than she initially let on-and she still has some big feelings for Dante that she can't shake.

Now, Nathan will warn Dante that he needs to find a way to let Valerie down gently if he doesn't want to risk the truth getting exposed to Lulu at any point.

"There's something you've got to know," Nathan says to Dante in a preview clip for the Thursday, September 17 episode.

Now, with the truth about Valerie's feelings for him in mind, Dante will feel more compelled than ever to possibly tell Lulu the truth, even though it could very well cost him his marriage. He and Lulu have managed to make it past his initial distrust of her when he mistakenly believed she was having an affair with Dillon, and they even survived Lulu learning that Dante and Valerie had kissed. But if he comes clean, he could lose her and everything they've built together for good.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
