He feels like he's running out of time to prove his innocence in the murders of Serena Mason and Paige Larsen, and now, in a last effort to potentially clear his name, Chad (Billy Flynn) will allow Marlena (Deirdre Hall) to hypnotize him to hopefully uncover his memories from he was blacked out-which happen to coincide with when the murders occurred on Days of Our Lives.

Stefano's Fate Rests In Chad's Hands

After realizing his case is looking more and more bleak, Chad was ready to flee town, but was convinced to undergo hypnosis by Abigail (Kate Mansi). Now, with the promise to Marlena that if he reveals anything that really would incriminate him in the murders she can let the police know, he is about to go through the process.

However, the move could help him uncover the truth about why he has blacked out-that someone has been drugging his drinks to aid in his memory loss. And if he is able to uncover at least that much from his memories, he will be able to get one step closer to proving his theory that he is being set up.

Will Marlena Or Will Be The Serial Killer's Next Victim?

However, he may not yet be able to figure out who is setting him up, which could continue to frustrate him and keep him within the list of prime suspects for the murders. And his hypnosis could be exposed to the real killer who may be setting him up-and as a result they may go after Marlena next, before she can report her findings to the police.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
