The family expected their could be problems which would arise as they shifted the legalities of their plural marriage around, but the issues that have begun to plague Christine and Kody will take center stage on Sister Wives.
The Family Explains The Shift In The Marriage
The two-parents to Aspyn, Mykelti, Paedon, Gwendlyn, Ysabel and Truelyh-have been at odds for a while, and after an argument in a recent episode about their children, the time will officially come for the two to start seeking out a marriage counselor to combat their issues before it's too late.
According to a synopsis from TV Guide, the September 27 episode will see the two taking a trip to Texas, where Kody and Christine will officially seek out the help they may need.
"An anniversary trip to Texas turns into couples therapy for Christine and Kody," the synopsis reads.
In addition, back home in Las Vegas, Kody's new legal wife Robyn will continue handling the struggle that had emerged as they officially begin the process of trying to get Kody to legally adopt her children from her first marriage-Dayton, Aurora and Breanna.
However, the process could be proven to be more difficult and challenging than originally believed when the family goes off to meet their lawyer for an update-and potentially learns that there is a chance the kids' biological father won't be willing to sign over his parental rights-meaning everything the family has done thus far to make the kids legal Browns will have been for nothing.
