The Seattle Seahawks (10-5) will have an opportunity to win its second NFC West crown in a span of three seasons if they can defeat the St. Louis Rams (7-7-1) on Sunday.

The Seahawks will aim to extend its winning streak to five games, which is the longest for the club in five seasons.

While the Rams postseason hopes are shattered, they'll look to finish their season above the .500-mark for the first time since 2003.

Seattle's rookie-phenom Russell Wilson had a season-high four touchdowns in last week's 42-13 route over the San Francisco 49ers. However, Seattle still sits behind the 49ers for the lead in the West.

While the Seahawks at the bare minimum have assured themselves a wild-card spot, it can only overtake the division by beating St. Louis and a San Francisco loss to the Arizona Cardinals.

Despite finishing its season with a 7-9 record, the Seahawks still won the division title in 2010.

"Now we're there with the opportunity to still win a division championship which would be huge for us and that obviously takes a lot of work somewhere else but we have to take care of our business first," coach Pete Carroll told ESPN.

Seattle will go up against a Rams defense that has limited its last five opponents to 17 points or less, but the Seahawks have racked up 150 points over its last three games.

"I can't remember a team that's averaging 50 points a game over three consecutive weeks. So that's very impressive. But you're talking about a team that's won six out of their last seven. Their younger players are just getting better and better. It starts with the quarterback," Rams coach Jeff Fisher said.
