'Supernatural' Season 11 Spoilers: Why Will Sam & Dean Go Their Separate Ways? 'Form & Void' Plot Revealed [VIDEO]
The Winchester brothers are playing nice (for the moment), but Supernatural will send the boys on separate missions during "Form and Void."
'Supernatural' Season 11 Spoilers: Sam's Imaginary Friend Cast, Episode 8 Title Revealed
Set to air as the second episode of season 11, "Form and Void" will see Sam (Jared Padalecki) open a second front as Dean (Jensen Ackles) attempts to quell problems from the premiere. Now that the Darkness is out in the world, there just aren't enough Winchesters to go around.
"Dean helps Jenna (guest star Laci J. Mailey), the nurse he met after the Darkness fell, get back home safely and then sets off to help Sam deal with a town infected by a mysterious and deadly gas," The CW teased. "However, when Jenna falls into dangerous hands, she calls Dean for help and Sam tells him to go back to her. Unfortunately for Sam, he isn't able to handle the townspeople turned monsters as easily as he thought."
At the heart of the episode, however, will be the question that is on everyone's minds - what fresh new evil have the Winchesters unleashed on an unsuspecting world?
"On thing fans might want to do is take a look at episodes 1 and 2 as one big story, basically a big mystery, centering around what is the Darkness and what does the Darkness want," executive producer Jeremy Carver teased.
