He has been trying to fix his problems without letting his fiancee know the truth, but Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove) may be forced to finally come clean to Hope (Kristian Alfonso) about some of his problems on Days of Our Lives.

Will Chad Remember Something Which Clears Him Of Murder Charges?

Aiden's gambling problems have finally been revealed, and the debt he is in appears to be massive enough for a bookie to send associates after him with threats against both he and his son, Chase (Connor Kalopsis). His expected payday from Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) has also been abruptly cut off now that Stefano has backed out of their deal because Aiden stole a check from him-and he also fired him as Chad's (Billy Miller) lawyer. Now, with no cash flow coming in, Aiden's situation has gotten even more dangerous.

However, he can't tell Hope the entire truth because Stefano had hired him to seduce her away from Bo-meaning he wasn't entirely truthful the whole time he's been in Salem, and can't confess why he initially pursued her because she would then realize he didn't actually love her, at least at first.

Stefano Stunned By Andre's Return To Salem

Now, after the bookie's goon threatened to take Chase from him, Aiden will sit down with Hope to confess about his money troubles by explaining they may not be able to have the big wedding they are planning on-and he could come clean about how he gambled everything he had away and lost his source of income by getting dismissed from Chad's case, as well as previously firing both Clyde (James Read) and Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) as clients.

Now, Hope may realize her romance isn't quite as perfect as she thought-but she may still be too far caught in the scheme to realize she could still be in danger from the man she believes she loves.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
