Prospero will make a dramatic entrance in the season 2 premiere, and his search for the Staff of Zarathustra will have Flynn Carsen and his team battling fiction throughout the holiday season.
Titled "... And the Drowned Book," the premiere will launch Shakespearean arc on Nov. 1. Check out a summary below:

"While Jenkins discovers there's something wrong with the Library since it returned from the Void, the Librarians all find themselves drawn back together after having been off on their own for months, to solve the mystery of a massive storm that has parked itself over Manhattan," TNT teased. "They soon discover the culprit in both cases is none other than Shakespeare's Prospero."
In the coming weeks, Flynn (Noah Wyle), Eve (Rebecca Romijn), Jake (Christian Kane), Cassandra (Lindy Booth), and Ezekiel (John Kim) will face off with Frankenstein, Moriarty, a shape-shifting Hokolonote, and Dorian Gray while exploring alternate dimensions and traveling back in time to Victorian England.
