Just one day after the death of Ronnie Raymond, The Flash is ready to tease the search for Firestorm 2.0.

Professor Stein (Victor Garber) is a hero without powers. The Nuclear Man was sidelined after the tragic demise of his crime-fighting partner, but the STAR Labs team will have Firestorm back in the game sooner rather than later.

Episode 4, "The Fury of Firestorm," will introduce viewers to the future of the burning man.

'Agents of SHIELD' Season 3: Simmons Is NOT Okay, Will We Find Out What Really Happened To Her?

"Barry (Grant Gustin) and the team look for another Firestorm match for Dr. Stein," The CW announced. "When the team meets Jefferson "Jax" Jackson (guest star Franz Drameh), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) has her reservations about whether Jax is the right match for Dr. Stein."

The union of Jax and Stein will also signal the end of their Flash tenure. Stein will be integral to explaining the multiverse to Team Flash, but once he does, he and Jax will take pride of place amongst the Legends of Tomorrow crew.

"In the early going [of season 2], Victor is going to represent a little bit older, a little bit wiser, a little bit more cautious voice amongst the team," Flash executive producer Andrew Kreisberg said, according to Variety. "Obviously, his connection to Firestorm is not over and is going to continue in a fairly Legendary way, if I can make a horrible pun, but as long as we could have him on The Flash, we were so happy to do so, because he so feels of the Flash word."

Find out what's next for Barry and Co. when The Flash airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on The CW. In the meantime, check out a preview for episode 2.
