Chmerkovskiy may have returned as a guest judge on Dancing With the Stars Monday but he will not be competing as a pro on the reality series ever again.
The pro, who has a reputation for speaking his mind, was a guest on the Allegedly with Theo Von & Matthew Cole Weiss podcast this week where he did not mince words.

When one of the co-hosts said they knew about him from his TV appearances, Chmerkovskiy was quick to add "which was heavily censored, i mean it is Disney owned, ABC channel, not a lot of things but-", trailing off from there.
Chmerkovskiy elaborated that he "just did not have that opportunity" to fully speak his mind. "Mickey Mouse was writing my checks, c'mon. You gotta be censored a little bit."
As for whether or not he would return as a pro he confirmed, "It's a permanent thing. I'm not coming back. Mickey's gonna be okay."
Asked about his brother Val Chmerkovskiy still being on the show, Maks quipped, "His problem."
Maks was also very candid about another noteworthy person in the world of dance, Dance Moms instructor Abby Lee Miller. While she appeared as a guest judge in a previous season, Maks did not hold back in expressing how he really feels about her.
"I honestly just disregard people like this. I think she's an awful human being. I think she makes money and became famous on borderline child abuse."
