Well, they will be by time the midseason finale rolls around. Titled "The Director, Part 1," episode 9 seems like a prime candidate to launch the NBC series into its winter hiatus.
The leader of the Cabal is key to clearing Lizzie's (Megan Boone) name, and Red (James Spader) is pulling strings left and right in an effort to find him. Could the pair's fugitive act come to a close as season 3 heads into the spring run? All good things must come to an end, after all.

Executive producers Jon Bokenkamp and John Eisendrath have yet to reveal when the FBI's full court manhunt will come to an end, but considering Liz's freedom is the endgame, taking down the Director be the final straw.
"It is a great shot of adrenaline. There's a real energy and urgency, and it came from an organic place," Bokenkamp said of the series' new direction, according to TV Line.
While this flip was a welcome shakeup, the series creator also indicated that it will only apply to the first half of the season.
"The first 10 or 12 episodes are a real paradigm shift," Bokenkamp told The Wall Street Journal.
