They decided they would keep the truth about who actually fathered her baby from everyone, but now that the news Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) is pregnant has gotten out, she and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) are going to have a hard time keeping the truth from leaking on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Brooke Demands Answers About Caroline's Pregnancy

Thanks to Pam's (Alley Mills) nosiness, the fact that Caroline is pregnant has leaked all over the Forrester office-including to Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), who knew before Caroline did that Ridge not only had a vasectomy while he was in Paris, but that he also wasn't able to have it reversed because it wouldn't change his ability to conceive a child. After learning the news, she confronted Ridge about the situation-and despite his trying to divert her with a false story about actually getting the vasectomy reversed, Brooke isn't buying it.

"I will say congratulations when I believe it's yours," she says in a preview clip for the Wednesday, October 21 episode.

Caroline & Ridge's Secret Unravels

Meanwhile, Brooke's resistance to believe the news about the pregnancy is good will also get around Forrester-and back to Caroline, who will start worrying that she won't be able to keep the truth-that Thomas (Pierson Fode) is the one who actually fathered her baby-a secret for much longer.

As a result, she will start questioning whether or not she and Ridge are doing the right thing by keeping the truth a secret-and wondering if they'll be able to make good parents with this situation in mind.

"We can do this right? We can pull this off?" she asks Ridge in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
