She's been suspicious ever since Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) said her son with Julian (William DeVry) had died, and now, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will be forced to come clean with him after learning the truth on General Hospital.

Sonny Receives Heartbreaking News

Alexis became more suspicious than ever that Olivia was lying to Julian again about her baby when she showed up back in Port Charles with an infant son the same age Leo would have been if he had survived-with a story that he was actually a boy she adopted named Matteo. When Olivia wasn't looking, she swiped a pacifier the baby had used and ran a DNA test-and she now has the results which will prove that Matteo is in fact Leo-and Julian does still have his infant son.

Now, she will need to tell him the shocking truth, something that could stun him beyond belief, and that could affect their relationship, which has moved in a more positive direction with Julian buying her a house that replicated the one she lost due to his previous dealings with the mob.

Jake Demands Answers From Nikolas

"There's no other way to say this other than to just say it," she says to Julian in a preview clip for the Wednesday, October 21 episode.

However, he won't be the only one who could clue in to the fact that he's a father again, as Olivia will have some explaining to do when Morgan (Bryan Craig) also sees her around town with the baby and has some hard questions for her.

"Who's kid is that?" he asks in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
