Recent rumors indicated that the time traveling series would debut an "African-American or biracial male" that would don the uniform of a former bastion of justice. Now, ComicBook.com has confirmed that this newbie will be none other than Connor Hawke.
An archer and martial arts powerhouse, Connor entered the DC universe as the son of the Green Arrow and his one-time girlfriend Sandra "Moonday" Hawke. A denizen of Earth-1, the next-generation Arrow took on the title of Red Arrow in the New 52 continuity.

So, how will he fit into Legends of Tomorrow? Rip Hunter will be jumping through time, and there is a distinct possibility that a future version of Starling City will play host to a meeting between the LoT team and Queen's offspring.
