WARNING: If you have not seen Season 6, episode 3, "Thank You," of The Walking Dead Do NOT Continue Reading. MAJOR SPOILERS Are Ahead.

A completely shocking and unexpected moment happened on the most recent episode of The Walking Dead that has put fans of the show in an uproar-but not only because of what unfolded on their screens while the episode in question, Thank You, aired.

The Danger Grows On 'The Walking Dead'

The episode, the third of the show's most recent season, featured one of the most gut-wrenching deaths fans had encountered yet on the show, when original character Glenn Rhee (Steven Yuen) appeared to die after he was savagely ripped apart by a herd of walkers. The moment came after his companion in a failed mission to distract the herd away from their location, Nicholas (Michael Traynor) shot himself in the head and appeared to fall off of a dumpster, taking Glenn with him, and the two fell into the herd. The next shot seemed to show a screaming Glenn as walkers ripped his chest apart and devoured him.

Naturally, fans took to social media in droves to react to the scene-and again after showrunner Scott M Gimple's statement on The Talking Dead after-show seemed to then hint that what fans thought they saw, didn't actually happen-and that Glenn may actually be back.

Alexandria Faces Another New Danger

However, while many fans were rightfully outraged that Glenn was (maybe or maybe not) killed, others were more livid about how it was spoiled for them on social media.

A few days before the episode even aired, some took to Facebook with the news that the death was happening-and even described it in great detail on the show's official page.

And now, those who have not seen the episode, who have been exposed to both those posts and others on social media that have revealed the truth post-episode, are angrily expressing how much they hate that quite possibly the biggest moment on the show in a while was spoiled for them in so many ways.

Of course now it does beg the question-is the show too spoiled?

Sound off in our comments below about the topic. Is the show (and this episode in particular) too spoiled? Are social media spoilers a huge problem? And of course, the big one-is Glenn really dead? (Please say it isn't so).

The Walking Dead airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on AMC.
