'Pretty Little Liars' Season 6: Reshoots Tweak Controversial Premiere Shot, Go Behind The Scenes [VIDEO]
The Pretty Little Liars team is making some welcome changes to the season 6 midseason premiere.
'Pretty Little Liars' Season 6: Lucy Hale Drops Major Spoiler About The New Killer
The ABC Family/Freeform series deputed the first four minutes of "Of Late I Think Rosewood" at New York Comic Con earlier this month, and there was one scene in particular that had viewers shaking their heads. While Pretty Little Liars is known for pushing the envelope when it comes to suspension of disbelief, this time the drama went too far in their efforts to create a Washington DC backdrop (see video below).
The scene, which was supposed to feature Spencer in front of Capital Hill, employed some extra cheesy green screen work and viewers' reactions may have prompted a reshoot.

A new photo from set shows the same chroma key bench set up as the now infamous shot. A stand in takes on the role of Spencer who appears to be ready the same letter from the premiere.
Fans can (hopefully) check out the new and improved scene when Pretty Little Liars jumps five years into the future on Jan. 12.
Pretty Little Liars airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC Family (soon to be Freeform).
