'X-Files' 2016: Will The Series Really Go 'Home Again'? Author Talks Ominously Titled Episode [VIDEO]
The X-Files is ready to come "Home Again."
Mulder and Scully will return to Fox this January, and the title of the revival's second episode is terrifying enough to give longtime fans night terrors. For months, viewers have assumed "Home Again" will have some relation to the terrifying events of 1996's "Home."
They were wrong.

"Home" was undoubtedly the most horrifying 42 minutes to hit screens in the '90s, but fans can now breath a sigh of relief - the paranormal series will not attempt to recreate the Peacock family when season 10 hits the air.
"Home" co-author Glen Morgan recently told The New York Time that he titled his new episode "knowing that suckers out there would think it was a sequel to 'Home'...Some places bought it."
That doesn't mean X-Files isn't planning on scaring the pants off fans this winter. "Home Again" is set to feature the Band-Aid Man, and his is not a monster you should take lightly.
"The second hour of The X-Files' six-episode revival will pick up several months after the events of the premiere, and word on the streets of Vancouver is that the installment is absolutely brutal," TV Line's Michael Ausiello revealed. "Some are already dubbing it one of the most violent X-eps in history."
Yikes.
