Glee Gets Two New Characters This Season!
True "Gleeks" will know that the show Glee is well into its third season and Rachel Berry's (played by Lea Michele) two gay dads have been alluded to, but never revealed. Yesterday, Lea Michele revealed them on her Twitter account, uploading a picture of the two actors who will play them in upcoming episodes.
The two actors playing the Berry parents are Jeff Goldblum of Jurassic Park fame and Broadway legend Brian Stokes Mitchell.
Although this is Michele's first time working with Goldblum, it is not her first time acting with Mitchell-- Michele and Mitchell starred in "Ragtime" together on Broadway in 1998.
Michele tweeted, "This is definitely going to be the best day ever.. Getting ready to shoot my first scene with my two dads!” and "So excited to work with the amazing Jeff Goldblum and my old friend Mr. Brian Stokes Mitchell!!”
The first episode that the Berry parents will appear in is titled "Heart" and the pair will even sing!
