It's a question that has been plaguing Alex Parish since episode 1, and it is a mystery that will be solved by time the midseason premiere rolls around.
Quantico isn't a series to leave fans hanging. The fast paced series has doled out answers hand over fist in it's freshman season, and it is a tactic that has viewers tuning back in for more. Even when you learn one truth, there is always another secret looming on the horizon. The ABC drama will enter the winter hiatus with this mantra firmly in mind.
"[Viewers] will not have to wait until the end of the season to learn out who the terrorist was. They may actually get an answer, much, much, much sooner than they think," executive producer Josh Safran told Entertainment Weekly in reference to the midseason premiere. As tantalizing as that news is, Safran also added a caveat. "The question is: Is it the only answer?"
