'The Flash' Season 2 Episode 6: Zoom vs Barry Will Have A 'Disturbing' End, Grant Gustin Teases 'Enter Zoom' Battle [VIDEO]
The Flash's Barry Allen should listen to Jay Garrick. He won't of course, and his first encounter with Zoom will be absolutely devastating.
Central City's resident speedster has made mistakes, and those mistakes will continue to rack up a body count as long as Zoom is on the loose. Egged on by Earth 2's Harry Wells (Tom Cavanagh), Barry (Grant Gustin) will avoid the advice of his STAR Labs pals and attempt to go head-to-head with his new nemesis in "Enter Zoom."
According to Gustin, Barry's impetuousness will cost him dearly.
'The Flash' Season 2: What's Next For Cisco? Carlos Valdes Dishes On Vibe's Arrival
"As soon as Barry is face-to-face with him - like right in front of him battling with him - it becomes immediately clear to Barry, 'Maybe I'm not ready for this,'" Gustin teased, according to Entertainment Weekly. "It's pretty scary. It's going to be one of the more disturbing things, I think, that the viewers will have seen happen to Barry. It's not pretty. He's much stronger and faster, and Barry's not necessarily ready for this, but he thinks he is."
We can only hope Cisco (Carlos Valdes), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker), Jay (Teddy Sears), Iris (Candice Patton), and Joe (Jesse L. Martin) will be standing by to throw The Flash a metahuman life raft. If not, Barry could find himself as powerless as his Earth-2 counterpart.
