'Agents Of SHIELD' Season 3: Get Ready For FitzSimmons To 'Change Forever' [VIDEO]
Agents of SHIELD's FitzSimmons fans may finally get their day.
The science wonder twins have spent the last two years discovering what everyone already knew, which, of course, is that they are perfect for each other. Despite a few false starts on the relationship front, Fitz (Iain de Caestecker) and Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) closed out "Chaos Theory" on the sunny side.
"Their relationship will visibly change forever," executive producer Jed Whedon teased of next week's episode, "Many Heads, One Tail," according to Entertainment Weekly. "After three seasons, the writers don't "want to string something out to the point of absurdity."

Will's rescue mission, however, will interrupt this momentary reprieve. Fitz and Simmons discussion of the latter's inter-galactic romance has been rather paltry, but the pair will get down to brass tacks as their search comes to fruition.
"We always have to keep it complicated," Whedon explained. "And we continue to do a good job of that moving forward...This is the episode where they both will express their feelings finally about everything that's gone down."
