It was a relaxing week for Nick Carter, Bindi Irwin, Carlos PenaVega, and Alek Skarlatos. Thanks to Tamar Braxton's withdrawal, the pressure was off. This calming atmosphere appeared to agree with the dancers as each couple racked up impressive scores for their unlearned dance and their trio dance.

With their three bonus points from the dance-off, both Carlos and Bindi managed to bring in 60 points. Along with Derek Hough and Mark Ballas, Bindi scored a perfect 30 for her trio jazz routine while snagging a 27 for her salsa. Carlos, who paired with Karina Smirnoff and Witney Carson, earned a 29 for his trio performance and a 28 for his contemporary routine.
