'Agents Of SHIELD' Season 3: 'Death' Is Coming; Episode 10 Title Revealed
The Marvel series has thrown quite a few curveballs already this season - everything from Will to Andrew (Blair Underwood) has been entirely unexpected - and SHIELD will enter its three-month winter hiatus on a similar note.
"For the winter midseason finale, again, my jaw dropped," Ming-Na Wen (May) told Hypable. "Because there is such a huge twist that happens, so the only thing I can say is that it alters a lot of stuff. I don't know how the writers do it!"
'Agents Of SHIELD' Season 3: Get Ready For FitzSimmons To 'Change Forever'
ABC has yet to reveal which episode will usher in those long, dark months of waiting. If Agents of SHIELD plans to follow custom and close out the fall run at least a week before Christmas, than the onus of the midseason finale will fall on episode 10, which is ominously titled "Maveth" in a throwback to Fitz's premiere discovery.
In the meantime, viewers can watch Coulson's (Clark Gregg) team butt heads with the ATCU in "Many Heads, One Tale," before Ward (Brett Dalton) "brings SHIELD to its knees" in "Closure."
Catch Agents of SHIELD Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
