MTV's "Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans announced her decision to end her 51-day marriage with Courtland Rogers after he "abandoned' her during a recent hospital scare. On Wednesday morning, the "Teen Mom" star wrote on Twitter that she decided to terminate her marriage.

"I am getting a divorce, ASAP. YOU F***ING LEAVE OUT OF TOWN AND I MIGHT BE HAVING A MISCARRIAGE?! F*** U, U F***ING PIECE OF S**T," Evans tweeted.

Evans' hospital visit on Tuesday, Jan. 22, was first announced on her Facebook page. According to several reports, she feared she was having a miscarriage.

"Jenelle's conditions are not good, but cannot say more about what happened. Pray for her and the baby and also that certain people get what they deserve. She is very hurt and feels very betrayed. love you Jenelle ♥ XoXo- Kris " her friend wrote on Evans' official Facebook page.

On Wednesday, Evans sent a series of subsequent tweets to keep her fans posted on how the relationship was going.

"And now he just won't answer the phone," she wrote, then added later, "And now the deed is done."

When one of her Twitter followers asked Evans why she shared such personal news on the social media site instead of handling the matter privately, Evans revealed that Rogers sent her a text message at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday telling her he was going out of town, possibly for good.

Evans wed Rogers after four months of dating in a shot-gun-style wedding on Dec. 4. They got married in the same courthouse where he was charged for a felony just a few hours earlier.

Evans, who is a mother to Jace, 3, is expecting her second child and recently posted pictures online of her growing baby bump. Photos posted on her Instagram account show her wearing only a floral bra and sweatpants to show off her belly and she captioned the photo "my little angel!"

The "Teen Mom" star is eight weeks pregnant and due around Sept. 4.
