After the averted medical emergency in last night's episode of Survivor: Cambodia--Second Chance, there will apparently be another unfortunate scenario in next week's episode.

Why Stephen Fishbach Is 'Done' With 'Survivor'

Cambodia may be getting the best of these players as the season winds down. Joe Anglim suddenly passed out during Wednesday night's epic Immunity Challenge, forcing the medical team to check on him. And while Survivor host Jeff Probst did not say in his new Entertainment Weekly interview that there would be another medical emergency next week, he did allude to a "scary situation."

Probst teased of next week's episode:

"It makes me sad that this season is winding down because as all Survivor fans know, each season is a new adventure and I really hate to let this one go. Next week is a pivotal episode. Seven players left. It's do or die. The vote here is critical. You are deciding whom you will go toe to toe with in that final week. Nobody is certain of the right move. Plus, another scary situation and another Survivor in trouble."

Is Richard Hatch Shaping Up For Potential Return To 'Survivor'?

For those who watched the "Next Week on Survivor" segment at the end of last night's episode, it looks like there are a few issues at one of the challenges. Spencer Bledsoe appears to have hurt himself while Tasha Fox is stranded in the water, calling out for help. Will one of these situations lead to an even more serious emergency?

Survivor: Cambodia--Second Chance airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
