Day 10 of Jodi Arias' murder trial resumed on Jan. 29 after a 10-day beak. It was the first day the defense presented their case. Two witnesses took to the stand on Tuesday and shocking revelations came from the first, Arias' ex-boyfriend Darryl Brewer.

Brewer, 52, revealed that Arias, 32, who he dated from 2002 to 2006, took photos of him in the nude when he showered or as he slept without his consent. Prosecutors presented images taken by Arias and her digital camera in the first 9 days of the trial to prove that she also took X-rated photos of her ex-lover Travis Alexander, whom she is alleged to have murdered.

Maricopa County prosecutor Juan Martinez asked Brewer to confirm that he told investigators that Arias "was pretty aggressive during sex." Brewer said he didn't recall making the statement but that they had anal sex several times. Martinez then delved into the topic about her plastic surgery.

Brewer had testified that Arias got breast implants in 2006 after they purchased a home together. When Martinez asked Brewer if he told people about her plastic surgery, he denied it.

"You told people she obtained breast implants to fit in with your crowd?" Martinez asked.

"[I] don't remember telling people she got breast implants," Brewer replied.

Brewer then testified about his final conversations with Arias. His former girlfriend called him in May 2008, and asked to borrow two gas cans for a "long trip" to Mesa, Arizona. Brewer said he loaned them to her on June 2, 2008 and never got them back. Alexander was found dead on June 4, 2008. Brewer said Arias called him a month later to tell him that a friend of hers had been murdered.

Arias' defense attorney, public defender Kirk Nurmi, returned to the topic of the former couple's sex life during the course of their relationship after Brewer shared his last chat with Arias.

"Did your sex life involve her wearing little boys' underwear, wearing pigtails and schoolgirl outfits, bending her over a desk, ejaculating on her face, calling her a whore, or a slut, or a three-hole wonder?" Nurmi asked.

"No," Brewer replied.

The defense lawyer said Alexander had called Arias a "three-hole wonder" earlier in the trial and was trying to make a connection between Arias' relationship with Brewer and Alexander to jurors.

Arias' murder trial resumes on Wednesday, Jan. 30. There is no knowledge who the defense team will call on the witness stand.
