She fell into the electrical panel after Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) pushed her off her while they were fighting, and now, Ivy will want to make sure Steffy can't near her and put her hands on her ever again.

"I can't get it out of my mind," she says to Wyatt (Darin Brooks) in a preview clip for the Thursday, Dec. 10 episode. "The image of Steffy pushing me into those electrical panels."

Steffy's Role In Ivy's Accident Is Revealed

Whatever Ivy does to keep Steffy away from her may not be the only problem Steffy could face because of the accident. Just a few months after striking Aly with a tire iron, causing her cousin to fall and hit her head on a rock and die, this accident with Ivy will seem like too much. It's as though trouble follows Steffy around everywhere she goes. Because of that, she is now fighting to keep her engagement to Liam (Scott Clifton).

"I know you want to trust me, I know you want to believe in me because you are a good, honorable man," she says to him in the clip.

In addition, she will also need to deal with the speculation at work, which could wind up costing her the position of President of Forrester. However, for now, she still has one ally in her corner in her grandfather, Eric (John McCook), who will be grateful she helped resuscitate Ivy and called 911 as quickly as she did.

"Steffy was trying to save Ivy's life, and I think she probably did," Eric says in the clip.
