Her elimination left Kelley Wentworth with only one ally, making them the two San Juan del Sur competitors pitted against their old castaway. Despite an attempt to throw Jeremy off with a phony hidden immunity idol, Keith was quickly dispatched with on Day 37. Unfortunately for Kelley, she met the same fate on Day 38.

The final elimination left Cagayan's Spencer Bledsoe and Tasha Fox as Jeremy's only competition. Ultimately, it was Jeremy with the win.
