'The Blacklist' Season 3: Midseason Premiere Plot Revealed, Who Is On Team Liz In 'The Director'?
Liz (Megan Boone) and Red (James Spader) spent the fall running for their lives, but soon The Blacklist fugitives will have to stand and fight. With Liz in custody, Red's care package obliterated, and Ressler's (Diego Klattenhoff) plan to ensure Liz's safety up in smoke, the Post Office team will have to pull out all the stops when the Cabal zeros in on their end game in "The Director: Conclusion."
"As The Cabal prepares to assassinate Liz, Red calls upon the task force to combine efforts to outmaneuver The Cabal to exonerate her," NBC teased. "Red delivers a final ultimatum."

The Jan. 14 episode will air in the wake of "The Director," during which Liz will await trial while Aram makes a "bold" move to keep the embattled agent safe.
"As much as it's a victory for our task force to capture her, it puts her in almost greater danger," series creator Jon Bokenkamp warned, according to Entertainment Weekly.
