The Call the Midwife Christmas Special is set to air tonight on PBS - find out when and where you can watch it.

As with every year, Call the Midwife will be airing an annual Christmas special to commemorate the holiday. PBS has released a plot synopsis for the episode, which reads as follows:

"Poplar prepares for Christmas; a grieving mother receives an unexpected surprise; the community comes together for a televised carol concert; and Nonnatus is rocked when someone goes missing."

The Call the Midwife Christmas Special begins tonight at 9/8c on PBS and will air for 90 minutes. The special is directed by Juliet May and written by Heidi Thomas. This will serve as the conclusion to season 4, which aired on PBS from March to May.
