When Sawyer Fredericks won the reality singing competition back in May he mentioned time and time again his excitement about returning to his home in Fultonville, N.Y. where he resides on the Windrake Farm.
His love for the farm has continued to be part of his social media sharing, despite countless trips to big cities like Los Angles to work on music and of course promotional efforts, including one-off gigs since his self-titled EP on major label Republic Records released in November.

He returned to his small town lifestyle for the holidays and just experienced the winter season's very first snowfall!
Early Tuesday morning he gushed, "Had our first snow this winter here on the farm," showing off a picture he took of the snow coming down overnight.
Later on Tuesday he gave an update with another image of his snow-covered farmland.
The 16-year-old even admitted to getting up close and personal with the snow!
"Laying in the snow," he dished.
He also tweeted "Killing the blues," which he mentioned to a fan are song lyrics, but not to a song that he penned.
The Voice will return on NBC in 2016 for Season 10.
