The Internet is on fire with news of Robbie Amell's Flash return, but Firestorm/Deathstorm won't be the only fan favorite to pop back up this spring. It appears the DC TV universe is cooking up another crossover.

The casts of The Flash and Arrow returned to work on Monday, and the new year saw David Ramsey drop by The Flash writers room. It seems Diggle will pay a visit to Central City sometime in the near future.

So, when will this crossover take place? Nothing is for sure, but a recent tweet from Danielle Panabaker (Caitlin) indicates that it could be sooner rather than later.

In the meantime, viewers have a laundry list of Flash moments to look foreword to - a time-stopping metahuman, the return of the Reverse Flash (Matt Letscher), an Earth-2 storyline that will turn Barry's (Grant Gustin) world on its head, Patty's (Shantel Van Santen) apparent abduction by Zoom, and much more Wally West (Keiynan Lonsdale).
The Flash will whoosh back to The CW on Jan. 19 with "Potential Energy"
