The Big Bang Theory will return to the CBS network on Thursday with an all-new episode. The Valentine's Day installment, which is titled The Tangible Affection Proof, is set to be a crucial one for a majority of the main characters.

The highly popular sitcom will even be introducing Kate Micucci of Raising Hope as a "potential love interest" of Raj, according to International Digital Times. However, Raj will clearly not be the only person experiencing romance on the lover's day themed episode.

Johnny Galecki, who plays the role of Leonard, teased The Hollywood Reporter on the show's upcoming happenings.

"There might be somebody getting down on one knee. We never started doing holiday episodes until two or three seasons in, when we did the Christmas episode. That was a big hit, and we struck a cord of sentimentality with our audience, and we'll continue to do so. The Valentine's Day episode will be that."

While Leonard and Penny were initially thought to be the ones to tie the knot in the future, TV Line now suspects that it may actually turn out to be Amy and Sheldon, stating that fans will be "grabbing for Kleenex" during an intimate moment between the two love birds.

Mayim Bialik, who plays the domineering role of Amy, had spoken to E! News and explained that her character's forceful attitude could turn out to create quite a stir.

"Amy is really pushing the envelope with Sheldon. It's been really interesting and really multidimensional how he reacts and what he does with that information."

The moment of culmination in the Sheldon/Amy relationship will more than likely occur in the Valentine's Day episode, which is reportedly being set up to really change the direction of each character's relationship dynamic.

The Big Bang Theory will air on Thursday, Feb. 14 at 8 p.m. EST on the CBS network.
