She had another incident with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) that she herself even admits was an accident, but the fact that Liam (Scott Clifton) is having a hard time believing his fiancee won't sway Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) away from her decision to leave Los Angeles and head back to Australia on The Bold and the Beautiful.

A Third Incident Leads To Drastic Consequences

She was set on going back to the country she came from after losing Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and realizing she couldn't steal Liam back from Steffy despite her admission she still loved him. But a confrontation with Steffy led Ivy to trip over a suitcase and take a tumble down the stairs of the Forrester mansion. She was briefly unconscious but seems to be okay now.

However, her latest accident--and Liam's concern that she would be okay--isn't changing things for her. She will quickly learn that her recent bad behavior, which led to the end of her relationship with Wyatt, hasn't been forgotten--especially by his mother, Quinn (Rena Sofer).

Liam Heads Back To Australia With Ivy?

"My being here, concerned about whether you live or die, doesn't forgive you for how much you've hurt my son," she says to Ivy in a preview clip for the Tuesday, January 5 episode.

And after she is given the clear to leave, Ivy will take Quinn's words as a warning that she still isn't wanted in L.A.--and that she should head home, no matter how much Liam tries to convince her otherwise.

"I'm going home to Australia," she says in the clip. "That's exactly what I'm doing."

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
