Just as the Blacklist's Liz Keen is ready to get her life back on track, the FBI profiler will receive some "shocking" news.

Following the events of "The Director: Conclusion," Ms. Keen (Megan Boone) will be able to stop looking over her shoulder...at least for a few minutes. By time episode 12 rolls around, however, Liz's life will get a shake up once more.

"After an associate of Red's is murdered by a rare medieval device, he alerts the task force that a vigilante group from the Middle Ages known as "The Holy Vhem" has been resurrected and is lethal. Red teams up with Liz and the task force to stop the assassins before any more of the targets are killed," NBC said of "The Vhem." "Meanwhile, upon receiving shocking news, Liz carefully considers her next move."

Could this news have to do with Boone's real life pregnancy? Series creator Jon Bokenkamp has yet to confirm or deny whether or not the actress' baby bump will make a season 3 appearance, but it sounds like there is a distinct possibility.

"We are still trying to figure it out," Bokenkamp previously informed Entertainment Weekly. "It plays in a number of different ways, both story wise and physically, for Megan in trying to figure out what that would mean to the show."
