Drama continues to build on ABC's Pretty Little Liars, as fans of the show wait in anticipation for Thursday night's new episode titled Hot Water.

The character of Wilden will be playing a crucial role in its upcoming installment, according to the network. The episode's official synopsis revealed that the Liars are said to be "shaken up after recent events and holding new information about Detective Wilden [Bryce Johnson]," and are "on the hunt for answers about the detective's past."

Unfortunately for the Liars, while it seems as though they "seem to be making progress in their search ... They quickly start running out of time when they learn that Wilden is close on their heels and determined to stop them."

The respective description is a clear indicator that the situation for the Liars looks like it will be turning very bad due to Wilden being "on the warpath," with some residents of Rosewood finding out how far he will go to keep his secrets to himself.

The synopsis goes on to elaborate that the Liars will look to Shana (Aerial Miranda) and Cece (Vanessa Ray) for assistance is hunting down clues, which they could very well regret. It also appears that Spencer will be looking for assistance of her own, as per the following synopsis:

"After many pleas from her friends Spencer [Troian Bellisario] finally finds someone to lean on."

It seems as though she may actually reveal the truth to her friends about Toby (Keegan Allen).

Actor Julian Morris (Wren Kingston) teased that the upcoming installment of the show is a "big episode," according to the Wetpaint. Writer Andy Reaser also hinted that the episode is hot, especially since Paige is in it.

Pretty Little Liars is set to premiere its upcoming episode on Tuesday at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
