Khloe Kardashian Not Fired from X-Factor, Says Kim Kardashian [VIDEO]
Khloe Kardashian was not axed from X Factor, according to Kim Kardashian in a new report by TMZ.
Rumors swirled that the E! star may be getting the boot from her hosting gig on "The X-Factor." While the executives at the singing competition said they "have not made any final decisions" about Khloe's future on the series, it led many to believe that Khloe would be the first to go.
On Feb. 18, TMZ spotted Kim leaving a Los Angeles airport. When asked to confirm if her sister was fired from the show, she responded, "a lot of people say a lot of on incorrect things on a daily."
When we asked what really did happen with Khloe, Kim added, "Probably nothing."
Khloe joined the show as a co-host with entertainment personality Mario Lopez in the second season of the show in October 2012. The criticism came over Khloe when she often seemed nervous and couldn't pronounced words correctly during the live show, especially while working with 39-year-old Lopez who has been a TV personality for over 20 years.
"They are asking Mario [Lopez] to come back, but not Khloe," a person named as an "insider" told the Post.
Both a spokesperson for the reality show told The Post nothing was officially confirmed yet.
Music executive L.A. Reid announced his departure from the show back in December. He judged the series for two seasons but said he was leaving to devote more time to his record label.
And after one season on the show, pop singer Britney Spears also recently confirmed she won't be returning to the show "to get back in the studio."
Khloe seemed not phased by the rumors circulating around her departure from the show.
On Feb. 18, she retweeted a message from her sister Kourtney Kardashian which read :
"Sitting in my kitchen with my twin soul @KhloeKardashin gettin some major hair attention from @georgepapanikol! What color will he make us?"
She has not commented about the situation as of yet.
"Get excited and enthusiastic about your own dreams," she tweeted on Feb. 18.
