Don't expect Piper (Taylor Schilling) to be entirely likable--or unlikable--in the upcoming fourth season of Netflix's Orange Is the New Black.

Will 'Current Events' Be Referenced This Season On 'Orange Is the New Black'?

Schilling and many of her Orange Is the New Black co-stars spoke with critics at the TCA press tour this weekend, giving up tiny morsels of information regarding season 4. Discussing Piper, Schilling said she's "definitely on a journey and we work the vicissitudes of likability."

Piper has never been the most likable character on Orange Is the New Black, so this isn't too surprising, but it should be fun to see how her character is explored.

Meanwhile, new cast member Blair Brown, who was featured sparingly as the Martha Stewart-type chef (and future inmate) Judy King, spoke on the shifting alliances.

"You do push all the different groups together," she noted. "Alliances that happen are unexpected."

Laverne Cox, who plays Sophia Burset, admitted that she was challenged as an actress in season 4, in a good way.

"It was a joy to play and I felt like I was pushed in ways that I didn't anticipate and it was really challenging and that is always wonderful as an actress," Cox said. "I had a really good time."

Samira Wiley, who plays Poussey Washington, admitted that she feels "really good" about the upcoming season.

We can't wait!

Orange Is the New Black season 4 will be released in its entirety on Friday, June 17 on Netflix.
