In a recent interview with TVLine, Arrow's executive producer Wendy Mericle dished about what fans can expect from the rest of season 4.

Oliver Queen's Mayoral Campaign Posters Revealed

As fans hope to warming up to the mystery of the person in the grave, Mericle revealed that they themselves had only about now started narrowing down on who it might be.

"I would say that we have a pretty good idea, but that episode is not written yet," she said. "We always leave things open to change, but yeah. I think we have a pretty good idea."

Showrunner Teases 'Real Game-Changer' In Upcoming Episode

So as Mericle hasn't given us any hints, anyone could be fair game for being killed off in this season. At least, as was revealed in the latest episode, "Blood Debts," Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) is out of harm's way, and the speculation about her possibly being the person in the grave has been laid to rest.

Mericle was generally pretty careful about not giving away any spoilers during the interview. Even when she was specifically asked about whether the "him"--the person referred to in the flash forwards--might be Damien Darhk (Neal McDonnough), she remained tight-lipped.

"No. I can't confirm that, actually," she said. "That's another mystery I'm going to leave to be unfolded at a later date."

The next episode, titled "A.W.O.L," will air on January 27 on The CW.
